Alphafold: A Deep Dive into Architecture, Intuition and Implementation
This paper (or document) provides a comprehensive overview of the AlphaFold protein folding model, a deep learning model, as well as other models ( briefly), for predicting protein structures. It explores the motivation behind each idea, problem statements, their solutions, as well as potential extensions for further exploration. Code illustration has been added too, it takes about half of the entire document. Many other topics are in potential for integration: primarily extension in cancer and medicine.
